Andrea Gillet Pimentel

Andrea Gillet Pimentel has extensive experience in organizational communication and change management, currently serving as Subgerente Gestión del Cambio at Colbun S.A since April 2010. In this role, Andrea is responsible for designing and implementing strategies related to internal communications, organizational climate, change management, quality of life, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture. Andrea has also led internal teams to develop projects in the fields of human resource management, sustainability, gender, and overall diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, Andrea worked at CCU S.A as Encargada de Comunicaciones y Asuntos Corporativos from March 2004 to April 2010. Andrea holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Diego Portales, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
