Tiantian Ye

Tiantian Ye currently serves as the Area Resident Director at Colby College, a role secured among seven applicants from over 2400 candidates, overseeing a team of ten Community Advisors and evaluating their performance. Previous experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant under Professor Chaoran Wang, where Tiantian contributed to a study on multilingual students' academic discourse socialization using qualitative methodologies. Tiantian has also served as a Community Advisor, fostering an inclusive environment for students, and worked as a Summer Reunion Clerk, managing logistics for reunion events. Upcoming roles as a Supply Chain Data Analyst at Siemens Energy and a Business Analyst at Microsoft will focus on data analysis and digitalization, utilizing advanced tools such as Python. Tiantian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College, with prior education at Shanghai Da Tong High School.
