Fiona Marshall

Fiona Marshall is the current Director at COLCHESTER BOROUGH HOMES LIMITED. Fiona has been in this position since September of 2018. Prior to this, Fiona was a freelance management consultant from February 2000 to April 2002. Fiona has also been the Chief Executive Officer at Maldon District Council from February 2010 to July 2018.

Fiona Marshall has an Associate's degree from the Association of Accounting Technicians, a credit pass from Chelmsford College, and a Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy degree from Anglia Ruskin University. Fiona is currently completing their Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy degree in accountancy at Essex Polytechnic University.
