Philip Sullivan

Philip Sullivan is the current Chief Executive at COLCHESTER BOROUGH HOMES LIMITED. Philip has held this position since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive at TOWER HAMLETS COMMUNITY HOUSING LIMITED from April 2017 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Operations & Deputy Chief Executive at Havebury Housing Partnership from July 2010 to March 2017.

Philip Sullivan has also worked as the Director of Customer Service at Guinness Midsummer from September 2007 to July 2010 and as Head of Housing (London) at The Guinness Trust from October 2003 to September 2007. Philip started their career at The Guinness Trust as Area Manager (Anglia) from September 1998 to October 2003. Prior to that, they worked as Housing Contract Manager, Client Officer and Estate Management Officer at London Borough of Barking and Dagenham from January 1992 to January 1998.

Philip Sullivan has a Master's Degree in Property Investment from City, University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Land Management from Portsmouth Polytechnic. Philip also went to Brentwood School.
