Geoff Beales Cihcm

Geoff Beales CIHCM has extensive experience in housing strategy and management, currently serving as Housing Strategy and Assurance Manager at Colchester City Council since December 2018, after previously holding the position of Client Services Manager. With a long tenure at Colchester Borough Council since November 1998, Geoff has taken on various roles, including Housing Client Co-Ordinator and ICT Business Partner, where responsibilities included implementing a new telephony system and managing contracts and service level agreements. Geoff established the Professional Support Unit for Housing Services, overseeing three teams with a combined staff of 25, and providing essential back office support including performance monitoring and IT services. Academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Decision Science from the University of Hertfordshire and A levels in Maths, Accountancy, and Economics from Clacton County High School.
