Paul Braun

Paul Braun has extensive experience in technology support and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Desktop Support & End User Services at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory since July 2019, Paul oversees the operations of the Desktop Support team. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Apple from November 2012 to August 2019 as a Desktop Support Technician and Technical Advisor, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing Apple devices while fostering positive relationships with users. Additionally, from November 2016 to July 2019, Paul held the position of Operations Manager at the American Health Council, managing press release outsourcing and website development for clients. Paul began his career as a Production Manager at Plaques and Such, working there from January 1997 to March 2012. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies from Suffolk County Community College.
