Eric Casey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the maritime and military sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President for Ports at Cold Summit Development since October 2021, Casey previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at GT USA Port of Wilmington from September 2018 to September 2021. Prior roles include Vice President at Virginia International Terminals, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing operations and a team of over 200 personnel, and Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, where Casey was involved in national-level special operations and strategic planning. Additional experience includes serving as Commanding Officer of the 4th Force Reconnaissance Company and Director at Maersk Line, Limited, focusing on business leadership and operations. Casey holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a BS in Economics from The Ohio State University. Notably, Casey served as a technical advisor for the film "Captain Phillips" in 2012.
