Jason A.

Jason A. has a diverse work experience. Jason started their career as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Service First Mortgage in 2008 and then moved on to become the Director of Operations at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors in 2009. Jason worked in this role for seven years, until 2016, before transitioning into the cannabis industry. In 2016, they joined MJardin Group as a Horticulture Technician, where they were responsible for all aspects of cannabis cultivation. Jason then moved up within the company, taking on roles such as Corporate Trainer/Auditor, Manager of Training and Auditing, and Sr. Manager. In 2018, Jason became a Council Member at GLG and also worked as an Independent Consultant. Jason joined Henry's Original as the Director of Operations in 2018 and later served as the Sr. Director of Cultivation. In 2020, they worked as the Head of Cultivation (Interim) at RedBird Bioscience. Finally, in 2021, Jason joined Next Harvest as a Certified Crop Advisor and Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors as the Director of Operations.

Jason A. earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University, where they studied Economics with Financial Applications and General Anthropology. Jason attended the university from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a Dallas County Master Gardener through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. In 2018, they earned a Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Most recently, in June 2021, they obtained the Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification from the American Society of Agronomy.
