Nathan Montgomery

Nathan Montgomery has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Broker Associate and REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Coast Realty since May 2023 and as Broker/Owner at NextHome Central Realty since December 2021. Prior roles include real estate agent and broker associate positions at eXp Realty, Pamela Myers Realty, and Florida Coast Realty Partners LLC. Montgomery began in the industry as a REALTOR® at Premier Homes & Properties from December 2014 to June 2017. Previous to real estate, Montgomery worked in banking at ECU and as an insurance agent at Mutual of Omaha. Montgomery holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2020, and also attended Liberty University from 2011 to 2013.
