Paige Schulze

Paige Schulze is a Senior Workforce Analyst Consultant at JPI since September 2023, contributing expertise in Workforce Management, technical recruitment, succession planning, and human capital development. Previously, Paige held the position of Recruiting Leader for Engineering at Meta, where responsibilities included managing employee outreach and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Other roles include Technical Recruiter positions at Amazon Web Services and Korn Ferry, supporting tech and sales recruitment for various organizations, including Veritas Technologies. Paige holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
