Will Colley

Will Colley is a Managing Partner at Polara Capital, providing private equity structures for real estate investors. Will is also the Principal of Red Door Revivals, a commercial general contractor specializing in urban redevelopment. In addition, Will serves as the Executive Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, managing bank-owned real estate. Prior to their current roles, Will was the President of ERA United and a Commercial Real Estate Lender at Wachovia Bank. Will holds an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a BBA in Information Technology from the University of Georgia.
