John Skicewicz

John Skicewicz has over four decades of experience in the real estate industry, primarily with Coldwell Banker Commercial since 1981. Initially starting as a Top-Producing Realtor, John progressed to hold significant leadership roles, including serving as Tampa Bay Regional Commercial Director for ten years, overseeing a team of commercial brokers. In 2006, John returned to focus on real estate transactions after a decade of management. John also represented the Nadel Receivership, completing the sale of a Starbucks property in Tupelo, MS. Education includes an Associates Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. Petersburg College.
