Jennifer Richardson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate profession and currently works as a Realtor Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Island Properties. Jennifer also serves as the Advancement Director at Parker School and owns CPM, LLC, a licensed general contractor in Hawaii. Jennifer previously worked as a Real Estate Agent at Clark Realty and holds a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
