Julia Gates

Julia Gates is a seasoned REALTOR with extensive experience in promoting real estate since obtaining a license in February 1977. With a strong background at Florida Homes Realty & Mtg Gainesville, Julia has specialized in various real estate sectors, including commercial, residential, and land transactions, while actively working to meet customer needs. In addition, Julia has served as a Travel Coordinator for Continental Capers Travel since 1990, leveraging a passion for travel to organize trips for individuals and groups. Julia also founded Gates Travel Academy, which operated from 1990 to 1999, training students for careers in the leisure travel field.
