Kaila Barrington

Kaila Barrington has a diverse work experience that includes roles in real estate, human capital management, retail, and sales. Kaila worked as a Chief Operations Officer at Levin Rinke Realty since July 2021 and previously served as an Agent Success Manager at the same company from May 2018 to July 2021. Before joining Levin Rinke Realty, Kaila worked at Paycom as a Transition Specialist Representative, where they gained skills in systems management, training, and project management from October 2014 to April 2017. Prior to that, they held roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader Softlines/Guest Experience, Campus Liaison, and Executive Intern. Additionally, Kaila gained experience as an Intern-Outside Sales Representative at University Directories.

Kaila Barrington earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Florida from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate in Arts degree in Business from Pensacola State College from 2009 to 2010. In February 2015, Kaila also obtained a Certificate of Achievement from Dale Carnegie Training in their course "Skills for Success."
