Kim Rutledge - Vice President

Kim Rutledge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kim started their career as an Account Executive at Dean Witter from 1989 to 1993. Kim then joined Re/Max Corporate in Denver, Colorado as a Senior Relocation Specialist and Wal-Mart Account Manager from 1991 to 1998. Following this, from 1998 to 2005, they worked as the President/Owner of Source One Relocation and Consulting, specializing in real estate. Kim then transitioned to Griffin Company Realtors, where they served as an Executive Broker from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they are the Vice President and Executive Broker at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette since 2009. In this role, they leverage their expertise in sales, marketing, negotiation, customer service, and consumer insights to assist clients in buying and selling real estate in Northwest Arkansas.
