Tomm Wells

Tomm Wells has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tomm started their career in 1976 as a Children's Center Supervisor at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they were responsible for budget planning and training of teacher aides. In 1986, they joined the Chicago Title Insurance Company as a Vice President until 1990. In 1992, Wells transitioned into the real estate industry, working as an Associate Manager and Realtor at Coldwell Banker. Tomm later became the Previews Director for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, overseeing estate and home sales and assisting agents with transactional challenges. Throughout their career, Wells has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in training, recruitment, and budget management.

Tomm Wells completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Northridge from 1973 to 1976. Tomm then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Multicultural Education at Pepperdine University from 1976 to 1978.
