James R. Bowers

James R. Bowers, MBA, CCIM, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Co-Owner and Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange since January 2017, Bowers is also a Co-Founder of Arena Capital LLC, which specializes in commercial real estate investment and management. As the Owner of Lynn Buys Houses, the largest property renovation company in Wyoming, Bowers has overseen over 400 projects in residential and commercial real estate. Previously, Bowers owned Bowers Wealth Management, Inc., providing investment management and retirement planning services, and served as CEO of the Cheyenne Depot Museum, a National Historic Landmark. Bowers began a career in investment management as Managing Partner at Mercuri Asset Management, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
