Bob Van Allen

Bob Van Allen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Semiconductor Process Engineer at Micron Technology from 2001 to 2003. Bob then joined Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group as an Associate Broker, where they consistently ranked in the top 10% of real estate sales professionals and achieved various professional designations.

In 2011, Bob became an Associate Broker at the Van Allen Group at Silvercreek Realty, where they supervised a small team of real estate agents and provided training, mentoring, and marketing support. Bob later moved on to Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group again in 2013, this time as the Chief Executive Officer, Designated Broker, and Owner. In this role, they oversaw and managed the operations of four real estate office locations, supervised staff and sales associates, and represented the company in public relations and media management.

Bob expanded their responsibilities further when they joined Northwest Real Estate Brokers, LLC / Coldwell Banker Tomlinson in 2018, serving as the Coldwell Banker Brand Leader. Bob became a partner and a member of the Board of Directors, leading sales management across all Coldwell Banker brand operations.

Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated excellent leadership skills, sales expertise, and a commitment to providing superior customer service in the real estate industry.

Bob Van Allen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Physics from Northwest Nazarene University from 1997 to 2001. Moreover, during the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Theory from the same institution.
