Denny York

Denny York is a seasoned professional in the real estate and consulting industries, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Spokane since May 2019. Denny also holds the position of CEO at DDY Consulting/Coaching, LLC, a role undertaken since February 2018. Prior to these positions, Denny was the CEO and President of Fairmount Holdings, Inc. from January 2012 to January 2018, overseeing a division that includes multiple premier cemeteries and funeral services. Denny's extensive experience includes a decade-long tenure as Senior Vice President at Yoke’s Foods, Inc., where leadership was provided in the development and implementation of Yoke’s Fresh Markets. Denny holds a foundation of education from Eastern Washington University, attended from 1967 to 1970.
