Jennifer Varnadoe

Jennifer Varnadoe possesses extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty since September 1999. Additional roles at the same company have included Residential Sales Manager, Office Manager & Assistant Sales Manager, and various executive assistant positions. Jennifer also holds the position of Vice President & Co-Owner at Freedom Fitness Training Systems and serves as School Director at Upchurch School of Real Estate. In their involvement with the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Jennifer acts as Strategic Partnership Coordinator for the Athens Network and previously held titles such as Chair of the Event Coordination Committee for the Georgia Network and President of the Athens Network in 2017.
