Steve Bowen

Steve Bowen has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Property Manager at Bowen Properties LLC since January 2010 and as a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Village Communities since December 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Steve Bowen was the owner of Waterboyz Pools, a comprehensive pool and spa service company. Prior to that, Steve Bowen owned and operated the NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center from 2005 to 2013, overseeing all management and operations of the facility. Additionally, Steve Bowen owned The Athletic Club of Jonesboro from 1991 to 2005, where a successful fitness center was launched, culminating in the construction of the NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center. Steve Bowen holds a Master’s degree in Business Education from Arkansas State University, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
