Elizabeth Danielson

Elizabeth Danielson serves as the National Director of Agent Recruiting at Coldwell Banker since April 2024, following a tenure as Director of Recruiting at Century 21 Real Estate LLC from January 2020 to April 2024. Prior to that, Elizabeth held the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development at Century 21 North East, where responsibilities included company growth through mergers and acquisitions in New England. With extensive experience at Realogy Holdings Corp. from 2000 to September 2018, Elizabeth contributed as Vice President of Franchise Services for the Century 21 Franchise Group, overseeing over 500 companies across the Northern United States, and as Business Consultant Director, where Elizabeth facilitated franchisee growth. Elizabeth began her career as Office Manager at Century 21 Rondeau Associates from 1991 to 2000, focusing on recruiting and training Sales Associates. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from American International College.
