Laurie Donofrio

Laurie Donofrio has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Laurie started their career as a Realtor at Fonville Morisey Realty in 2001 and later worked at Keller Williams Realty and RE/MAX United. In 2007, Laurie joined Coldwell Banker Advantage, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of IT, Chief Technology Officer, and Regional Vice President. Laurie also served as the Virginia Principal Broker and NC Broker in Charge, overseeing multiple offices and providing training for licensees. Laurie is currently working as the Sales Manager in the Clarksville, Virginia office, where they are responsible for office growth and assisting agents with their business. Laurie is also involved in volunteer work as the Past Chairman of the Board for the Triangle Community Coalition, advocating for balanced growth in the Triangle area.

Laurie Donofrio studied Psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Laurie then attended the University of California, Riverside from 1988 to 1989. In addition to their education, Laurie has obtained certifications such as Certified Luxury Property Specialist and Certified Home Marketing Specialist from Coldwell Banker. Laurie also holds the Certified Negotiation Specialist certification from Coldwell Banker and the ePro certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.
