Susan Manning

Susan Manning has extensive experience in real estate and management, currently serving as the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s Lakeland Office since February 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a sales team of over 80 associates and a sales support team. Previously, in the South Tampa Office, Susan successfully recruited and developed talent, expanding the office's agent count from 60 to over 100 in under two years. Prior experience includes roles as a Realtor Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Sales Executive at One World Adoption Services, where leadership skills were demonstrated as Executive Director, managing a staff of 10 and collaborating with the Board of Directors to align the organization's vision with strategic goals. Susan holds a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University.
