Tomm Wells

Tomm Wells has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tomm started their career as a Children's Center Supervisor at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they were responsible for budget planning, training teacher aides, and overseeing pre-school and early childhood programs. In 1986, they became a Vice President at Chicago Title Insurance Company. Tomm then transitioned to the real estate industry, joining Coldwell Banker as an Associate Manager and Realtor. Tomm later became the Previews Director for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where they managed the Studio City office, trained agents, recruited new talent, and assisted with transactional challenges. Overall, Tomm Wells has demonstrated a strong background in leadership, training, and client management throughout their career.

Tomm Wells completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Northridge from 1973 to 1976. Tomm then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Multicultural Education at Pepperdine University from 1976 to 1978.
