Randy Stauffer

Randy Stauffer is a seasoned professional in the engineering and design field, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Cole Design Group since September 2016 and as a CAD Specialist 3 at HDR since September 2017. Prior to these positions, Randy worked at POWER Engineers as an Electrical Designer, where responsibilities included creating single line and three line diagrams for power delivery and developing solar fields covering over 800 acres. Randy's extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Civil Engineering Technician at Stantec, Engineering Technician at Kaminski-Hubbard Engineering, and various civil engineering technician positions at Louis Berger & Associates and McLaughlin Kmetty Engineers. Randy began the career in the early 1980s, with early roles at the Bureau of Reclamation and Westinghouse Electric Company, and received education from the Triangle Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh, PA.
