Project and Program Management

The Project and Program Management team at Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI) oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various training and analysis programs utilizing live, virtual, constructive, and gaming-based technologies. This team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while coordinating between different departments and stakeholders. They handle project controls, program planning, cost management, and integration to support Warfighters and First Responders in their operational needs.
