Tony Wise is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private fund formation, technology law, and litigation. Currently a Partner at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP since December 2016, Tony specializes in private fund formation for cryptocurrency, hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital managers. Previous roles include positions as Counsel and Senior Associate at Signal Trading Group, where technology infrastructure was optimized for trading strategies, as well as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Nancy M. Battel, where diverse litigation experience was gained. Tony’s background also includes work as a Patent Attorney Contractor at Fernandez & Associates LLP and an Associate Attorney at Cannistraci Law Firm, alongside early roles as a paralegal and intern in intellectual property.
