Dylan Love

Dylan Love currently serves as the Head of Talent Science at The Cole Group, focusing on sales and marketing executive search since 2024. Prior to this role, Dylan completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a perfect GPA of 4.0, emphasizing data science and machine learning. Dylan's experience includes serving as Director of Executive Talent at Lightspeed Venture Partners from 2018 to 2022, as well as technical executive sourcing roles at Facebook and Uber. Dylan began the career as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at SPMB Retained Executive Search from 2014 to 2016. Educational background also includes studies at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Stanford Continuing Studies, and a year abroad at Yonsei University with a minor in East Asian Studies focusing on the Korean language.
