Victoria Hine has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Victoria started their career in 2003 at Cole Health as a Regional Director of Rehabilitation and Facilities, where they provided leadership and management for the expansion of Cole Health facilities. Victoria held this position until 2015.

In 2015, Victoria joined DTI LLC as the Managing Director of Operations, where they were responsible for revitalizing the company and improving its processes and controls. Victoria left this position in 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at DaVita Kidney Care as a Group Facilities Administrator, overseeing facility management for the organization.

In 2017, Victoria co-founded ARC Training LLC with their husband, providing active shooter training to businesses, schools, and churches. Victoria served as the Vice President of Operations and played a key role in the company's mission of training individuals to survive an active shooter situation.

Victoria Hine holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Victoria then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the same university and completed it from 1992 to 1995.
