Jim Mochulsky

Vice President, North American Supply Chain at Cole International

Jim Mochulsky has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Jim began their career at Cole Freight Inc in 1989 as a Branch Manager, where they successfully grew the office operations. Jim later became the Manager of Marketing & Operations, overseeing the management of existing offices and opening new ones. Jim also established Cole's 'Transborder' division to focus on trucking products in North America. In 2003, they joined Cole International as the Sales Manager for Western Canada, where they built a high-achieving sales team and implemented performance management practices. Jim was later promoted to National Customer Service Manager, where they created measurable KPIs for the operations unit and personally engaged with clients. Currently, Jim holds the position of Vice President, North American Supply Chain at Cole International.

Jim Mochulsky attended QECHS until 1979 but did not obtain a degree or study in any specific field. Jim also holds certifications in being a member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) and TDG by Air from IATA.
