Alex Diaz

Alex Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Applications Engineer at Dopak Inc. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Process Engineer at Fluid Energy Processing & Equipment Company. Later on, at URL/Mutual, they worked as a Project Engineer from 2003 to 2005. The Hershey Company employed him from 2005 to 2015, where they transitioned from Senior Packaging System Engineer to Manager of Packaging Systems Engineering and eventually became the Senior Manager - Packaging Systems Engineering. Following this, they joined Matrix Packaging in 2015 as the Director of Business Development, a position they held until 2020. Simultaneously, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at Pro Mach as the Director of Business Development for the Flexible Packaging Group. In 2022, they became the Director of Business Development at Bartelt Packaging until the end of the year. Currently, Alex is the Owner and Principal at Keystone Packaging Services, LLC. In 2023, they will assume the role of Director of Sales Engineering at Cole Papers.

Alex Diaz obtained a Masters degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Turabo, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Alex also obtained a certification as an Action Selling Certified professional from Action Selling in July 2019.
