Leena Malde

Leena Malde has extensive work experience in the food produce sector. Leena started their career at Wealmoor Ltd in 1988, where they served as Executive Chair. In this role, they were responsible for growing, sourcing, and delivering high-quality fresh produce sustainably. Leena also played a key role in establishing partnerships around the world to ensure a consistent supply of the best quality produce. Leena held this position until at least April 2016. Additionally, they served as a Director at Wealmoor Ltd starting from August 1988.

In 2016, Leena joined COLEAD.link and held the position of Vice President. In this role, they focused on developing sustainable trade within the food produce sector, specifically in Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific countries, for the benefit of the region, the workers, and the EU.
