Courtney Lee

Courtney Lee currently serves as Deputy Director at Alliance for Early Success and Fractional Chief People Officer + HR Business Partner at coLeague, focusing on organizational culture and HR practices. Previously, Courtney worked as a Consultant, Coach, and Capacity Builder at Simple Leadership & Life Consulting since 2017, partnering with leaders to enhance organizational development. As Chief of Staff at Education Leaders of Color, significant contributions included spearheading organizational design changes and implementing effectiveness strategies. Courtney’s earlier roles at TNTP involved advancing inclusive culture and leading talent initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at The Journey, Design Essentials, and Indianapolis Woman Magazine. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
