Laila L. has extensive experience in communications and culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Senior Manager and Corporate Communications Manager at Colégio Andrews since April 2017. Under Laila's leadership, the school has established a formal Communications Department and enhanced its internal and external communications to foster strong stakeholder relationships. Laila began this role after joining Andrews, a prestigious K-12 private school in Rio de Janeiro. Additional experience includes a position as Sales Support Associate at WonderBotz, an Event Planning Intern at the Instituto Nacional de Câncer, and working as a Barista at Starbucks - Barnes & Noble Café. Laila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Faculdade FACHA and is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Northern Virginia Community College.
