Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Mariana has also worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience includes working as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
