Alejandra Pardo Muñoz

Alejandra Pardo Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Alejandra began their career at RECSA CHILE in 2009 as an Account Executive, responsible for managing clients such as Wal-Mart, Entel, Claro Chile, and more. During their time there, they also oversaw a call center with 100 positions and 200 executives. Alejandra worked closely with a Campaign Dialer Manager to define, analyze, and control the collection strategy. Alejandra'srole at RECSA CHILE ended in May 2015.

In 2017, Alejandra joined SAC-Chile as the Head of Operations, where they further developed their leadership and management skills. Alejandra held this position until March 2020.

Following that, Alejandra worked at Phoenix Service CL from March 2020 to August 2021 as a Normalization Supervisor, overseeing the normalization process.

Currently, Alejandra is working at Colektia as a Portfolio Manager, a position they started in August 2021.

From 2011 to 2013, they attended AIEP, where they pursued a degree in "Tecnico en administracion de empresa mencion finanzas" with a specialization in Cobranzas.

In 2012, they also enrolled at IEDE and completed a diploma in "Desarrollo de Habilidades Administrativas" specifically focused on Cobranzas.
