Despina Vamvoukli is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in buying, merchandising, and retail operations across multiple sectors, including fashion, jewellery, and sports. Currently serving as Director of Buying Merchandising & Retail Operations at Coleman Research, Despina leads a retail business with a turnover of €95M and oversees a team of over 380 members. Previous roles include Group Director at Hudson Holdings Ltd, where strategic repositioning and commercial growth were achieved for various international sports and fashion brands, and Director at Damas Jewellery LLC, where a focus on brand revitalization and operational excellence was paramount. Despina has also held leadership positions at Marka Holding, M. H. Alshaya Co., and Gap Inc., consistently demonstrating a strong track record in P&L management and omnichannel growth.
