Katie Murphy

Katie Murphy is an experienced professional in operational excellence and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Operational Excellence Associate at Coleman Research since July 2022. In previous roles, Katie worked as a Senior Client Associate in Investment Management, where responsibilities included expert recruitment and consultation preparation, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Panasonic Energy of North America, where analytical tools were developed for recruitment processes. Recognition includes the Federal Inside Sales Rep of the Year award during a tenure at Sterling Computers, along with substantial experience in human resources at Polaris Industries. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Human Resources from the University of South Dakota.
