Steve Atwood

Steve Atwood has a strong background in the construction industry, with over 30 years of experience. Steve is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Colen Built Development, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Division Manager at Century Complete from November 2021 to August 2022. Steve also served as the Director of Operations at On Top of the World Communities from October 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they held leadership positions at Mattamy Homes and Taylor Morrison, where they served as the Vice President of Construction and Vice President of Construction Operations, respectively. Steve began their career at PulteGroup in 1989, holding various roles such as Vice President of Construction Operations and Director of Construction, Area Manager, and Field Superintendent.

Steve Atwood attended Ferris State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
