Ahu Yildirmaz

Ahu Yildirmaz is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Coleridge Initiative. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Co-Head of the ADP Research Institute from 2011 to 2021, where they set and drove the research and insights agenda and managed a global team of data scientists, economists, and statisticians. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Head of Worldwide Portfolio Management & Data Analytics at Johnson & Johnson, where they were responsible for leading the Global Surgery Device segment strategic planning process and managed and led forecasting and portfolio prioritization analysis. From 2000 to 2007, they were the Executive Director of Data Analytics and Market Insights at AT&T, where they joined as a data scientist and advanced rapidly to senior management level.

Ahu Yildirmaz holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The Graduate Center, City University of New York and a B.A. in Economics from Boğaziçi University.
