Tan Soon Lian

Mr. Tan has been an Independent Director of Colex since April 2021.

Mr. Tan is the founder and managing director of Ti Ventures Pte Ltd, which invests, in growing businesses and partnering business owners through leading its corporate development, business transformation, and mergers and acquisitions since 2009. Previously, he was the head of business advisory and subsequently, an advisor at BDO Raffles Advisory Pte Ltd. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of other public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and HKEX.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and a MBA degree from University of Hull. He is a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute, United States of America.
