Santosh Naik has 25 years of experience in Production & Planning, Plant Operations, Maintenance, Cost optimization, People management, Resource & Material Management, and EHS Management in the FMCG/Ayurveda manufacturing industry. santosh is currently serving as Area Leader - Operations at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd since April 2012. Prior to this, santosh held a similar role at Colgate-Palmolive from September 2002 to March 2023. santosh holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production from Government Polytechnic Bicholim. Santosh is skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing processes from new product development to change management.
