Catalina Monroy is a seasoned professional in the flavors and fragrances industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Flavors & Fragrances at Colgate-Palmolive since August 2015, Catalina has held various leadership roles including Vice President and Worldwide Director in the same field. Prior experience includes key positions at Firmenich and Givaudan, where Catalina excelled as a Senior Flavorist creating innovative flavors for the food industry. Catalina began a career at Lucta SA, contributing to flavor creation across the ANDEAN region, and also held management roles in flavor creation at Vasana SA de CV. A graduate of Unilasallista, Catalina's expertise encompasses both technical and creative aspects of flavor development, with a strong emphasis on meeting client needs and achieving product differentiation.
