Cecilia Yeung is an experienced product manager currently overseeing the development and expansion of direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites for all Colgate brands globally at Colgate-Palmolive. Since joining in April 2021, Cecilia has managed the end-to-end product lifecycle and driven innovation in alignment with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Cecilia led growth for Colgate North America's DTC e-commerce sites and executed product strategies by collaborating with key departments. As the owner and co-founder of Yeung Management, Cecilia engages in real estate investment and digital commerce. Previous experience includes serving as a Solution Design Expert at Novartis, where mobile applications for patients and healthcare providers were developed, and as a Product Manager and Business Analyst at S.S. White Technologies, focusing on enhancing engineering productivity and manufacturing efficiency. Cecilia holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
