Estelle Vallette has extensive legal experience spanning over three decades, primarily with Colgate-Palmolive since 2001. Currently serving as the Legal-Regulatory Director, Estelle Vallette provides legal support and collaborates with the Regulatory Affairs group on European legislation related to cosmetics, detergents, biocides, medical devices, CLP, and REACH. Prior to this role, Estelle Vallette was a Commercial & Marketing Lawyer within the same company, offering legal guidance on distribution agreements, competition law, and product developments across France and Europe. Before joining Colgate-Palmolive, Estelle Vallette worked as a Juriste droit des affaires at Fagor Brandt, specializing in marketing, sales, and consumer law for the French market. Estelle Vallette holds a DESS degree in Droit des Affaires from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II).
