James Grant

James Grant is a Principal Scientist focusing on Liquid Soaps and Body Washing at Colgate-Palmolive, where they lead North America R&D efforts for the SoftSoap and Irish Spring brands. Previously, Grant served as a Senior Scientist at Edgewell Personal Care, spearheading product development for Hawaiian Tropic and Banana Boat sunscreens, leading multiple global product launches and managing innovation strategies. Earlier in their career, they held roles at AkzoNobel and Johnson & Johnson, contributing to the discovery and formulation of new raw materials and products. Grant holds a BS in Chemistry from Lycoming College and continues to enhance their professional skills through ongoing education at Dale Carnegie.
