Jason Darling

Jason Darling is an experienced flavor professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Flavors and Senior Flavorist at Colgate-Palmolive since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held various titles at International Flavors & Fragrances from January 2016 to July 2022, including Senior Savory Flavorist and Savory Flavorist I and II. Jason’s career began at ConAgra Foods, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Flavor Scientist to Quality Specialist between October 2005 and January 2016. Jason's initial experience in the industry commenced at the New Jersey Feed Laboratory as a Laboratory Technician from August 1998 to October 2005. Jason Darling earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University from 1994 to 1998.
