Mary Rossi-Conaway

Mary Rossi-Conaway is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and employee relations. Currently serving as the Global Salary Lead and Senior Compensation Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive, Mary manages the global salary process and partners with the finance organization. Previous roles include HR Generalist for North America Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed various core people processes, and HR Business Associate focused on supply chain manufacturing, particularly in COVID management and recruitment.
